Rishabh Mundhra, Senior Consultant, is an energy markets professional with a demonstrated history of working in business and technical-oriented roles in the renewables industry. Within the last four years, Rishabh has worked on regulatory, financial, and technical due diligence for over 80 Megawatts of renewables, storage, and network upgrade projects with independent power producers and utility companies in New York, Massachusetts, and Ontario. In his previous stint as a full-time developer, Rishabh originated and developed a 20MW utility-scale solar+BESS project in New York that participated in NYSERDA’s 2021 Tier-1 procurement. Passionate about sustainability, Rishabh has experience with policy analysis, market strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and business development of distributed energy resources in the United States and Canada.
Previously employed with companies such as Toronto Hydro and Grasshopper Energy, Mr. Mundhra has experience working with various stakeholders in the energy industry. Mr. Mundhra holds an MEng and BASc in Mechanical Engineering with Minors in Sustainable Energy and Business from the University of Toronto.
