Rachelle Lynne-Davies, P.Eng., is a well-versed Ontario clean energy professional with a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry in North America. Rachelle provides procurement proposal support, project development support, due diligence audit review, and strategic regulatory and policy support for our clients. Within the last five years, Rachelle has managed the submission of over 5 GW of renewable energy projects in Canada and the New England States. In Ontario, Rachelle regularly supports the feasibility evaluation of commercial electricity customers for solar net metering to offset the volumetric portion of their bills.

During the Feed-In Tariff Program, Rachelle conducted and managed the submission of nearly 150 Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR) registrations for FIT 5 projects. Rachelle has conducted market assessments on Canadian markets including Ontario, Alberta, and BC, as well as select markets across North America to evaluate their attractiveness for rooftop solar applications. Rachelle participates in a number of industry associations including CanSIA, WiRE, and ELSE.

Formerly a Review Engineer Assistant at the Ministry of the Environment, Rachelle conducted compliance reviews regarding air emissions of nitrogen oxides. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto for Chemical Engineering with a minor in Sustainable Energy.
