Biography

Supporting ITC labour compliance and procurement bid management for energy infrastructure projects.

Seyara Wijesinghe supports Compass Energy Consulting’s work in ITC labour compliance and procurement bid management for energy infrastructure projects.

During her previous co-op term with Compass, Seyara gained experience supporting labour compliance activities under Canada’s Clean Economy Investment Tax Credit framework. This included reviewing labour records and assisting with prevailing wage benchmarking analysis.

Seyara was also closely involved in renewable energy project development activities on behalf of clients, gaining exposure to land acquisition, community and municipal engagement, interconnection processes, and project permitting.

In addition, she contributed to the preparation and organization of procurement bid proposal materials that supported the successful contracting of renewable energy project portfolios in Ontario.

Seyara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
