Rachelle Lynne-Davies, P.Eng., Director of Consulting and Operations, has a long history of providing compliance related support to our clients over the last 12 years. Rachelle is actively leading the labour compliance support for nearly 500 MW of projects across Canada under the Clean Technology ITC. Rachelle regularly provides compliance related consulting in support of major renewable procurements in Canada and the U.S. Northeast and was a lead Domestic Content compliance auditing consultant on several portfolios in Ontario. She has been directly involved in supporting 8.3 GW of renewable energy bid submissions on behalf of large scale and utility scale renewable developers across Canada and Northeastern US, including New York, Maine, New England, Ontario, and Saskatchewan. Rachelle has been directly involved in the development and submission of over 3.3 GW of awarded and contracted projects through NYSERDA’s Tier 1 solicitations.

Rachelle is a well-versed clean energy professional with over a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry in North America, in conducting quality control and audit reviews on regulatory compliance, including Domestic Content. Throughout her DC compliance work in Ontario, she employed a detailed and structured project management discipline that has lent itself to fulfilling the requirements under the CTITC labour compliance and various RFPs. She is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) through Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and a member of Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE). Rachelle completed a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto Chemical Engineering program with a minor in Sustainable Energy.
